Looking

I look out my window
I see the sunshine
This red hot
Sun is divine
I look out my window
I see kids run
Almost as if they were
Reaching for that divine sun
I look and I see me
I look away quickly
I was just daydreaming.

My Rainy Box

It’s hard on homeless people
When it starts to rain
My box is destroyed
It drives me insane
There’s no change
When it starts to rain
There’s no one out there
It’s plain
Only people out are Jehovah Witnesses
They all up on me like they want a kiss
When they leave others come
My skin’s very dark
I roll up like a plum
Thankfully they don’t notice me
I only unroll when I’m not seen
There’s no change when it starts to rain
There’s no CHANGE!!!!
